• 200g prawns, peeled & deveined
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp lemon & herb seasoning
• 1/2 tsp herb lemon salt (or to taste)
• 1 tbsp olive oil (plus more if needed)
• 100g Spanish chorizo, diced
• 2–3 garlic cloves, minced
• 1/4 small onion, finely diced
• 1 tbsp sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil, chopped
• 1 tbsp tomato paste
• 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)
• 150ml thickened cream
• 200g linguine or spaghetti
• 1/4 cup reserved pasta water
• Salt & black pepper, to taste
• Grana Padano or Parmesan cheese, grated
• Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
